With the continuous advancement of digital transformation in the construction industry, smart construction sites have become an important direction for promoting high-quality development in the construction sector. However, construction sites are characterized by complex environments, diverse risk factors, and high levels of uncertainty, making traditional safety management approaches insufficient for risk prevention and control under complex engineering conditions. To enhance the capability of smart construction site safety management systems to withstand risk disturbances, this book introduces resilience theory and conducts systematic research on the connotation, evaluation methods, and improvement pathways of resilience of construction safety management in smart construction sites. First, based on the technological characteristics of smart construction sites and the requirements of construction safety management, the concept of resilience of construction safety management in smart construction sites is defined, and an SREF resilience model consisting of stability, redundancy, efficiency, and adaptability is established. Second, an evaluation indicator system for construction safety management resilience in smart construction sites is developed based on industry standards, literature review, and engineering practices. The G1 method, DEMATEL method, and game theory-based combination weighting method are employed to determine indicator weights. Furthermore, cloud model theory is introduced to establish a comprehensive resilience evaluation model, enabling quantitative assessment of safety management resilience under complex and uncertain environments. Finally, empirical analyses are conducted using representative engineering cases, and resilience enhancement strategies are proposed, including personnel capability improvement, dynamic supervision optimization, intelligent technology application, and emergency management enhancement. This book establishes a theoretical framework and methodological system for evaluating resilience of construction safety management in smart construction sites, providing theoretical references and practical guidance for digital transformation of construction safety management, intelligent construction development, and improvement of construction safety governance capabilities.
