Big Data and Cognitive Information Network (BDCIN) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal uniquely positioned at the intersection of big data, complex networks, and cognitive information science, dedicated to publishing original research, reviews, and high-quality applied papers.

To face new computing and communication changes, we must upgrade the clouds and the computing ecosystem with new capabilities, such as machine learning, IoT sensing, data analytics, and cognitive machines mimicking human intelligence.
